This rug is handcrafted from 100% natural sheep wool locally sourced in The Andes mountains. It has been manually dyed with vegetable pigments or lead-free mineral dyes and is a symbol of old traditional weaving techniques of South America.
Wool naturally contains high amounts of precious lanolin that has fascinating smoothing properties for the human skin. Warm, cozy and welcoming, it leaves an enjoyable touch of softness and silkiness.

*** It is always recommended to use anti-slip rug underlay. It helps to prevent premature wear of the rug, maintains it on its place, avoids slipping, provides extra cushion and helps with cleaning as dust passes through the wool fiber and stays on the floor without touching the rug.
Remember not to put your anti-slip on a recently treated floor (painted, laminated, etc.)
